Our state-of-the-art workshop is conveniently situated in the heart of the coal mining industry. It is equipped with some of the most advanced machinery available.

The owner was previously involved in the maintenance and rebuilding of underground coal mining equipment for the likes of Joy Global, Kangra Coal and Xstrata.

Our principal business is the rebuilding and upgrading of underground coal mining equipment.

Vumela Mining Equipment carries out full service and repairs on products such as Continuous Miners, Loaders, Roof Bolters, Shuttle Cars, Switchgear & Transformers, Underground Diesel Equipment & Underground Trailers etc.

We also offer our services to assist in the update and redesign of underground mining equipment.
